Legend has it, there’s a fabulously rich gold mine, that only one man knew about, tucked away in the Superstition Mountains.
The government should keep people out of dangerous mountains if they haven’t got special training.

The LDM is quite real as is the North Trending Canyon it sits in. However, Everyone since Jacob Waltz death has been looking in the wrong part of the Superstition Wilderness. It was never a Peralta Mine nor were the other mines in the Canyon. This was a Jesuit Mining Operation and there are way more Treasures in the Canyon other than a few Mines. I know, me and my crew found it in December 17th, 2017.

Wayne knows more about the legend than most do .i started around the age of 7 in 1967 . so i have been at it a few years ..but Wayne is correct few of us old timers are still around now days . i can tell you the mine was a Peralta mine from the way it was dug ..and where it is ..but i am going to agree with Wayne .. i am not saying anything …lol

I’ve been reading and watching Lost Dutchman Mine material all my life. In 50 years, NO ONE has shown one single piece of evidence that the LDM exists! Jacob Waltz probably existed but how does anyone REALLY know what he said in his life. And yes, it’s possible he had a gold mine someplace, but that in itself proves NOTHING. No two stories match, the maps are so ambiguous they’re totally useless.
