This is one of the best stories about Jesuit Gold I have ever heard. Thank you very much, all of you in putting this story together on the Jesuits.

Well I have a secret that very few people know about. Once word spreads about this thing it’s going to be all hell breaking loose bc the technology is much better now to find gold.

Another good story, thanks guys. I had the pleasure of visiting the Superstition Mountain Museum from Bloomington, MN, on 01/20/22, and although I didn’t see any of our friends from this channel, I have to say it’s a great place. Very interesting content and lots of nice volunteers. I saw the stamp mill run at 1 p.m. and enjoyed the commentary by the operators. If you have a chance to visit the museum, don’t pass it up, it has some great historical artifacts such as treasure maps, antique weapons, and the bios of numerous Dutch Hunters. I’ll stop again some day for sure.

Those holes are formed by nature originally at least. I’ve seen thousands and many are clearly not something that would have been useful to grin maize or whatever. They call a group of large sized ones near Saratoga Wyoming the Indian bathtubs.

  18. BobRoy Grumbdy on February 7, 2023 at 9:01 am

Great video: I grew up in Nogales Az , it was my home town. I also spent a few years living very close to Tubac and the Tumacacori Mission. It was one of the missions Father Kino established. The native peoples loved Father Kino. I got to enjoy the true treasure. That is all the surrounding hills, canyons and country side along with tons of camping and horseback riding the remote back trails and drinking natural spring water and well water on the remote ranches.
    Umm umm good tasting water.

Great video. I consider much of the tales of the southwest to be the same as Victorian era history almost everywhere, inaccurate.

  33. Gary Mills on February 7, 2023 at 9:20 am

Great stuff , I learned of father Kino in grade school, San Xavier "the white dove". We were taught of the early discoveries of Coronado, and conqiustadors searching for the 7 cities of Cibola. The Hohokam canals, Casa Grande ruins, and of course the 3Cs of Arizona, copper cattle citrus. We knew of the state bird, cactus wren and the state flower, saguaro cactus bloom , all before 2nd grade…and of course we knew of the mighty superstitions and the dutchman. My brother and I were out in the supers in the late 60s, as soon as we could drive.
