Hey you did a story on Sam bass but I’ve heard a story of a train robbery in Crowley Texas some guy jump on the train and made it stop 2 miles out of town then got the silver coins out but the bags were to heavy so he started kicking them and scattering coins everywhere they caught them a couple days later. something to do with man named Daggett he knew Bass but that’s all I know If you can find more info that would be great thanks

Wonder if it will ever been found. I would think that pipe would have to come out of the ground some day for whatever reason. And all the goodies possibly scattered around. Another great tale/story. You are really good at this!!
