It’s a Tools entenching. Standard issue to everyone in the army. I had one in Veitman 1970-71 then back in New Zealand 1980-92.
I love ya but those detectors are crap. Get yourself a Garrett or a Minelab if you’re gonna keep at this relic hunting thing. Plus you all just have your cords dangling instead of wrapping around the shaft. This means every time you swing your coil you’re getting a signal from the cord. Detecting has a bit of a learning curve to it. Would be happy to answer any questions or give guidance where I can. Wishing you all the best!
